Installation robot empowers power plant construction
The Jinta Zhongguang project is located in a remote area and faces strong sand and dust and extreme cold weather of -15°C in winter, which poses a serious challenge to the efficiency and safety of manually laying photovoltaic modules in such a harsh environment. The innovative application of Trinabot's PV auxiliary module installation robot became the key to tackling this challenge. The robot carries out the module handling and laying work through automation technology, while the manpower focuses on bolt fastening, realising a highly efficient collaborative operation mode of ‘human-machine separation’.
This intelligent solution effectively improves the efficiency of PV module laying, which is more than two times higher than the traditional manual work, and at the same time significantly reduces the labour intensity of workers and construction safety risks. In addition, the robot is equipped with visual positioning guidance technology, centimetre-level high-precision sensors and vacuum adsorption system to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation process, which significantly reduces the risk of breakage and hidden cracks of the PV modules, and provides optimal protection of the comprehensive cost of the whole life cycle of the construction of the power station.
